I do hope that you will visit us again and have a much better experience! ![]() We are always trying to improve our processes, so I appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry that these errors occurred during your visit. If this issue still has not been resolved for you, please contact our Events Manager, Myka at 51, ext 3, and she can still refund that ticket for you. We do always have a Manager on Duty that should have been able to take care of refunding any unused ticket to you, so you should not have been told that the person who could help you was gone for the day. I'm sorry you didn't have sufficient time in the room to be able to enjoy the party. It is a fast turnaround time, and can go even faster with younger children. The party package does come with 40 minutes in the party room, not 20 minutes as you stated. One of the other cashiers should have helped you out, so I'm sorry to hear that did not happen. That's definitely not the feeling we want you to have after having a birthday party in our park! I'm not sure why there wasn't anyone at the Cafe, as we do try to staff that area at all times during our open hours. We're glad to hear that everyone enjoyed the trampolines, but I'm sorry to hear there were some service issues with the party room and concession areas during your visit. We were contacted by them with a survey of how things went afterwards and mentioned this and were never contacted about it again. Well later came and then they said that the person would could help us had left. My husband asked about this and the worker was to lazy to help him and refund the money and told we'd be taken care of later. **Side note told that if we didn't use all our passes that we would be refunded money for them. Overall go there for a fun night out on trampolines but expect extremely fluctuating levels of customer service and find somewhere else to take your crew for a bday party. If they expect you to be out within 20 mins, then they had better be throwing that pizza down your throat the minute you step in that room. The room was also equiped with a broken napkin dispenser and a party attendant that was slower than molasses passing out slices of pizza. It would have been more cost effective to pay for an hour of jumping and then go back to someones house for how quickly they try and kick you out of the party room. Anyone with kids knows that it takes longer than this to pass out pizza, eat pizza, sing happy bday, blow out candles and god forbid if you want to open your presents up there, they kick you out because your time is already up. Another issue was that after your hour of jumping they literally give you about 20 mins to get in and out of the party room. Apparently it didn't occur to any of these geniuses to get whoever was supposed to be on duty in this part of the facility. Their refreshment bar was improperly staffed (read no one on duty), had to wait 10 mins for someone to walk up and help us all the while 7 people stood around literally right across the room and watched me waiting. The employee (an asian girl - for lack of a better description, didn't get her name) called some people out when they were hit with the ball and not others because I guess she was to busy talking to another employee. However they pick and choose which rules to enforce in the dodgeball court. The trampolines they are awesome and they do a great job of separating different sizes to keep it a safe enviornment. I'll start with the positives of the place. We held our son' s 4th birthday party here and at the time we were very excited.
